Analytical Associate

Analytical Associate Job Responsibilities:
prepare and administer contracts for equipment and facilities installations
prepare and proof legal documents such as right-of-way affidavites and release of easements or new facilities work
work with multiple company databases to determine and assign accounting and equipment codes to various jobs
process bills and vouchers
coordinate network changes, removals and processes with other internal departments and personnel
produce data tracking reports and spreadsheets
look for opportunities to mechanize systems and processes
may train lower-level data entry support personnel on hardware, software and operational concerns

ability to sit for extended periods of time
ability to work with minimal supervision

may be required to work nights and weekends

Analytical Associate Description:
In this role, you'll support Central Office technicians by analyzing and compiling data related to contracts, customer records, service problems, etc. The data that you'd uncover would then be utilized to help improve the Network. You might also coordinate network changes (installation activity), additions, removals and processes; and track and enter specifics into databases. Not all telecom employers have this specific role so check with individual employers for Central Office support activities.
